A brand new way
Goygar was born many years ago with the birth of my twins who spoke in gobbledegook.
They had a Gromit teddy from the famous Wallace and Gromit productions and, being unable to say Gromit, came up with Goygar, and the name has stuck to everything to do with dogs.
28 years later it is still going strong.
We’ve been around dogs for decades and have trained numerous spaniels for work and have competed around the UK in Field Trials and Tests with varying degrees of success, and we’ve been around many other breeds from hungry Labradors to mischievous Teckels.
Our true love is that of training the dogs on the fells in our area and of working with them on some of our nearby shoots in the Ribble Valley of Lancashire.
Over years of training we’ve encountered many different gundog products, the good ones have lasted for decades and others, sadly have not done so well.
Our aim is to provide gundog owners and trainers with quality and durable equipment that will stand the trials of gundog training year after year and that will provide you with ‘Gear For Greatness’.
